- Expanded billable services by identifying underutilized CPT codes and designing workflows for adoption, aligning with prevention-focused value-based models; expected to generate $300k+ annual revenue with no added cost.
- Built operational infrastructure, including digital systems in Airtable, to streamline cardiac clearances, documentation, workflows, and compliance tracking.
- Developed evidence-based protocols, documentation templates, and standardized workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality of care delivery.
- Created HIPAA, OSHA, and emergency protocols, closing compliance gaps and reducing regulatory risk.
- Manage longitudinal care for patients across the spectrum of cardiovascular disease, including arrhythmias, heart failure, coronary artery disease, hypertension, and high-risk multimorbidity; leveraging telemedicine, remote monitoring, and optimized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes.
